Ajax Roofing Maintenance Plans
The purpose of our maintenance plans is simple: prolong the lifespan of your roof and stay ahead of potential issues through consistent reports and upkeep. Think of it like getting your oil changed — regular care helps your roof last far longer.
Baseline Protection Plan — $0
- Full roof condition reports so you stay on top of your roof’s health
- Sealing all exposed nails on pipe boots
- Emergency tarping services up to 120 sq. ft. of tarp
- Sealing shingles where the common bond (adhesive) has worn away
- Sealing all nail pops (this won’t always solve the problem, but can delay it)
- 2 scheduled maintenance inspections per year + 1 free call-out
This plan is intended to prolong the lifespan of the roof. It does not permanently resolve or fix underlying issues.
Premium Protection Plan — $199 / year
- Automatic upgrade to architectural shingles
- Annual tree debris removal and gutter blow-off
- Pre-home-sale roof report to provide to prospective buyers
- Upgraded warranty upon repairs or replacement (e.g., 1-year repair upgraded to 3-year; 25-year repair upgraded to 30-year replacement)
- 2 scheduled maintenance inspections per year + 2 free call-outs
Premium Protection Plus — $299 / year
- Preferred pricing: 10% off all repairs & 2% off all replacements
- Free tarping (all sizes)
- Automatic upgrade to architectural shingles
- Annual tree debris removal and gutter blow-off
- Pre-home-sale roof report to provide to prospective buyers
- Enhanced warranty terms upon repairs or replacement
- 2 scheduled maintenance inspections per year + free call-outs
